1. Language Services (Interpretation & Translation)

Non-refundable once service is delivered.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
若需取消,须在服务开始前至少24小时通知方可全额退款。 -
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
当天取消服务将不予退款。
2. Courses, Workshops, and Cultural Training Programs

Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been attended.

No refunds after the first class/session.
